My daily diary of my experience doing the Dr. Simeon's HCG Protocol. In my first round I lost 20 lbs...lots of inches, terminal heartburn and my allergy to mold. Pretty successful 1st round.

Well...hummm...I think I'm just under 3 lbs over my LIW...I"m not worried about it. I'm eating right...I just haven't had a decent BM in a week...so that's probably my issue. It's all good.

Haven't lost anything in 2 days...I'm taking medication, steroids & antibiotics, which could easily be messing with my weight...causing me to retain water. I'm not too worried about it, just ready to go on to P3...only a few more days.
